AltCap’s director as well as research team will conduct a thorough due diligence before any potential investment recommendations are made to the Board of AltCap.
The due diligence, “DD”, initial starts from when we meet with potential investees. There has to be synergy between us and the potential investee. As Altcap is focused on medium to long term investment horizon the most important aspect is that we are able to work effectively with the entrepreneur.
AltCap will then conduct an in-depth DD which will include market analysis, customer demands, timing, capex requirements, cash flows, profitability, legislative requirements, credit worthiness and exit strategies. This will all be presented to the Investment Committee/Board where the final decision will be made and all legal agreements will be drafted.
